  • Interview should be preceded with tour

     
  • Teleconference is alternative, but less acceptable

     
  • Probe for philosophical orientation



 

STEP # 5 Negotiate For Agreement / Final Selection - Negotiate with first choice

    If negotiation is unsatisfactory, move to second choice.
